If you’d like the Chat plugin to appear on your contact page only, you can use the advanced configuration options to specify that page alone.
Once installed, users will be able to open the chat by clicking on the Chat plugin icon.

I mean if i would like to open the chat box other than clicking the static messenger icon, how can i trigger it open with a link.

You would need to implement some custom JavaScript for this, though it wouldn’t be something we’d officially support.
