Yes, i see that but i just want to put the code, in the place where you recup the phone or mobile number. Like that, we can click on the link and call the user.

The plugin code is using loop to get custom fields value. Therefore, you cannot put HTML directly in it, This will require code customization.
Nevertheless, we have already added this feature to our features roadmap list. It will be included in one of our upcoming versions.
