Support » Plugin: wpDataTables - Tables & Table Charts » Click Row to Display More/Full Info?

Nothing is broken, but noticed that if you have longer data than column width, you cannot slide column, or select text, to see more.

Noticed however that if the table is in edit mode, you can get a window to pop open to show all the row data.

So, simple question is, is there a switch to allow this window to pop open to display all the row data in a non-edit mode? As in “full data” display?

    Hi there.

To see the data in the cell, in the Display tab, you need to enable “Limit table width” and “Word Wrap”; or you can disable “Limit table width” and enable “Scrollable” function, so the table is scrollable horizontally.

To have a modal showing row details, you would need to acquire our paid add-on “Master-Detail Tables”, but that add-on works only with the full version of wpDataTables, so using it with Lite is not possible.

    Kind regards.

OK, thank you for the options!
