Click outside PopUp NOT working

    Hi,
    I want the popin is closable by clicking anywhere outside the popin window. (on the underlying div), but it does not work. only the x (closing x) works.

    The option ‘Click outside PopUp’ is active but does not work.

    Please help. thx a lot
