Click on Woocommerce thumb image do not change variation dropdown

    Hi,
    I am using WordPress with Woocommerce plugin.
    On the Product Page I want to choose the “variation of colors” in the dropdown menu when clicking on one of the thumb images.
    e.g. Clicking on the white watch should change the dropdown to “white eve”.
    Here is an example page with the same problem: LINK
    (I am using the same theme but my site isn’t online yet)

    In the other direction it works fine -> When choosing an option in the Color-Dropdown (for example “white eve”), the gallery image changes to the white watch.

    I have no idea what the problem is.
    Someone has the same problem with another theme?
    Is there a way to check what is causing the problem?

    Hi @alex1205,

    I understand you want to select the gallery images and that will change the variable selected in the dropdown. By default, that is not a feature. The selection needs to be from the dropdown. You would need to add custom coding to add that function.

    Could someone please share the solution to this with me? What custom coding would correct this to allow the selection of a gallery image to change to the correct variable in the dropdown menu?
