I have now installed this plugin on two sites and both times the click and form listeners have failed to work.

Do you know why this is? Both sites are woocommerce and parent & child themes. Is there an easy fix for this?

Hi,

I haven’t experience any such behavior with sites I am working on.
Could you post the URLs of those sites? What theme are you using on those sites?

I fixed it with this script I found – https://www.semetis.com/en/resources/publications/google-tag-manager-tip-what-to-do-if-gtm-click-and-gtm-linkclick-are-not-working

But I haven’t checked form submit listeners

So when I open the two sample sites, I can see click events now because you already added the workaround script?

It is hard now to tell you the reason, do you have any public test version of the site where you could remove the workaround script?
