Hi, as you can see from the gif. Today, I’ve tried to Enable Accessibility Mode on the Screen Option in Widget. However, once I clicked on it, nothing happened. But, I couldn’t click anything on the Widget page, whenever I clicked, there were only the circle. It feels like the the page is stuck in Limbo (see the gyazo gif). I’ve tried to Enable Accessibility Mode so that I could Disable, but nothing happened. And now I can’t edit anything in the widget. I’ve tried to revery back to Twentyseven theme, the problem stills persists. Is there a way to fix this or revert it back to before I click on Enable Accessibility Mode.
    Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • First step try on different browser!

    Step2. Click on
Appearance >> costumize >> then widgets and try to edit!

If nothing happened then reply again here

I’ve tried Internet Explorer but the problem still the same. For step 2. It temporarily solves the issue to use Widget (but the outlay is too small and slow, due to the website being loaded at the same time)

However, if i Follow the step Appearance >> widgets . The widget page is unusable. I would still prefer to use the Appearance >> widgets though. If there is a method for fixing this. It only happened when I clicked Enable Accessibility mode in Widget Screen Options

Nevermind, I’ve found the solution to this. with the link, when you click Enable accessibility mode, it goes to this link /widgets.php?widgets-access=on&_wpnonce=b07516ea7c
All i need to do is change the word “on” into “off” then everything goes normally
    /widgets.php?widgets-access=off&_wpnonce=b07516ea7c

great if you have done it from your side if you have any problem again simple reply here, I will try to fix your problem,

this is because of changes in theme or in the plugin that affects main setting or pages, that’ why you are facing a problem like that,
whenever you face any problem, try to log in your cPanel and check error file, where you can found what is a problem and where is the problem. after that, you can easily fix your problem.

    thank You
