    I have looked for a “clear” option but cannot find a way to clear this value.

    “Postman is configured and has delivered 1520 emails.”

    We have made changes to the site and would like to reset this. The site is live however so we’d prefer not to remove the plugin to do so. I’d also prefer not to go into the DB, but can if I know where to look.

    Hi @grungyape,

    We’ve investigated your issue. Essentially, it’s not related to the email log count but rather the historical count of the number of emails sent. This count is separate from clearing the email log. Currently, Post SMTP doesn’t have the option to reset this count, you can reset it manually from the database; however, we can consider adding it in the future. This way, when someone clears the log, they can choose whether to delete the email count history as well.
