    Hi,

    I see that the checkout url link sent to the customers will add the abandoned products to the cart. However, products previously saved in the cart remains inside. This happens even when the cart already contains the same item, causing a duplication when the customer goes to the checkout link. Can you help to advise any code I can put to clear the items in the cart before the abandoned products are restored in the email checkout url?

    Just to let you know that our plugin clears the cart before you visit the link sent to mail.
    
    Previously added products always removed from the cart.

    Hi,

    In my case the cart does not seem to be cleared. My checkout page requires customer to log in.
    When visiting the url link, the page would show out the checkout page with the woocommerce login form. After logging in, the previous items in the cart + the items abandoned would be shown in the checkout page.

    It is strange! It should not happen.

    Have you installed any plugin which works with cart content or something like that?

    There may be chances of plugin conflict. Can you please check by uninstalling all other plugins temporarily and see the issue is resolved or not?
