Clear cache homepage

Hi there,

I noticed that when we publish a new post, the slide that should show this post on the homepage doesn’t always appear. When I clear wordfence cache, it pops up. So my guess is wordfence is showing the “old” version of the homepage.

I can imagine more themes have this problem. I did not have this with other caching plugins.

Would it be possible to clear cache for the homepage automatically (in both languages, we are using wpml) when updating a post or would you know of another solution?
