Yes, the admin bar shows at the frontend while you logged in. While you logged in and visit the site(front end) the admin bar shows at the front end of the application.

That’s what I thought, which is why I asked. But I don’t see that. Here is a blank install from Cloudways — no Breeze dropdown in the admin bar on the front end: https://snipboard.io/sHW3kN.jpg

No, it’s not shown at the front end the options show only at the backend admin area.

+1 — Would like to be able to purge/clear cache from the front-end top admin menu bar (in addition to the backend admin bar which already exists).

It clears Breeze cache and has a button on the front end.
It also clears cache when updating Customizer, menus, etc 👍🏻
