Hello, Bodhi.
Thank you for your request.
If you’re sure that this IP doesn’t belong to a spammer, you can queue it to be deleted from our database.
Please, use this guide to do so:
https://cleantalk.org/help/deletion-from-public-page
Your new IP is clean according to the database:
https://cleantalk.org/blacklists?record=204.28.106.2
You should not see any block screens using it.
I also recommend to clear cookie-files of your browser for your website. The guide how to do it is here:
http://www.allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies/clear-cookies-installed.html
Contact us anytime.
Best regards.
Thanks for the response SErge. However we are not sure whether that IP belongs to a spammer, that IP that is being flagged on my clients computer isnt his IP. So it would be a mistake to mark that IP as not spam when it likely is. The main thing is that the clients IP is not the one being flagged and warned about. How is SpamFireWall flagging and showing an IP that is not the IP of the particular computer the client is viewing the site from?
To be clear, client is in the USA and the IP hes being warned about is from France. Is this typical behaviour for the plugin or is something wrong here?

so, is this an additional plugin i have to install along side the regular clean talk plugin? Will i need to run this side by side for the foreseeable future or is this just a short term patch and the main plugin will include it later?
