CleanTalk not showing as Approved or Spam. Where is it?

Been using CleanTalk for many months and can say that I am very happy with it’s performance overall.

However I have noticed an issue that springs up every now and then, most recently today.

Google Analytics and another Stat Tracking tool (statcounter.com) both show that a form was submitted. Plus, it looks to be a genuine lead as statcounter shows the location as being in the serviced area. However, CleanTalk shows no sign of it. It has been over 1 hour now..

There is no history of it in Approved, Spam or SpamFirewall. Just like it never happened.

Where is the contact form submission? The CleanTalk plugin and WordPress were all up to date too..

Any suggestions?
