Cleantalk Logs: Message is blank

When looking at the logs on the cleantalk website, the message field is always blank even though there are messages submitted via the contact forms. Looking at inspect element, the cleantalk page is full of errors. Are message fields blank to anyone else? Not sure how to fix this as looking at these logs is pretty important to make sure legit emails are not being filtered out.

Hello @mplayer,

I’ve checked your forms and see that you are using a form from jetformbuilder. And the form is internal, so try enabling internal form protection: WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced Settings —> enable “Protect internal forms” —> Save Changes.

Then submit the form and check if you have a message in your request. Or write to us and we will check it ourselves.

unfortunately, the message is still blank after enabling protect internal forms and submitting a new email.
