# Cleantalk daily errors

 * during the past week or so I keep getting different errors on my cleantalk security
   dashboard.
 * Today it is this one:
 * “WRONG_SITE_RESPONSE TEST_ACTION FOR RC scanner__controller, ERROR: Connection
   timed out after 50002 milliseconds”
 * I’m getting tired of playing that same game of deactivate, activate, sync with
   the cloud…. how can I fix this?

 * Could you please try enabling the “**Complete deactivation**” option in the plugin
   settings and save the changes? After that, reactivate the plugin and check the
   issue again.

 * Hi Andrei,
 * thank you for trying to help. Unfortunately complete deactivation doesn’t solve
   the problem. I still get daily error messages.
 * Today they look like this:
 * 2026-05-30 08:40:42: Scheduled: scanner__launch: “WRONG_SITE_RESPONSE TEST_ACTION
   FOR RC scanner__controller, ERROR: Connection timed out after 50000 milliseconds”
   2026-05-30 13:48:37: Scheduled: background_scan: “WRONG_SITE_RESPONSE TEST_ACTION
   FOR RC scanner__controller, ERROR: Connection timed out after 50001 milliseconds”
   2026-05-30 12:33:01: Scheduled: firewall_update: “PROCESS FILE: failed to read
   file contents: [https://apix11.cleantalk.org/store/secfw_data_b9487c4e2724f2f1342fba530c805eb7.0.csv.gz&#8221](https://apix11.cleantalk.org/store/secfw_data_b9487c4e2724f2f1342fba530c805eb7.0.csv.gz&#8221);
   
   Any ideas what I could do?Thank you for your help.
