I have API integrations with:
Moneybird (accounting software)
Channable (product feed im/exporter)
When I activate Cleantalk these API connections get refused. When i deactivate cleantalk it works again.
Please tell me what i do wrong.

Sorry, this isnt resolved. I was taping it a week ago, but I forgot to proceed. Anyway: when cleantalk is off and i start the import from channable it works, then when i activate the plugin within 2 minutes it gets blocked.
Could you please try to import from channable once again with CleanTalk plugin enabled. After that contact us, so we can analyze your SpamFireWall logs.
Also, you can contact channable support to request their IP addresses. Then you can whitelist them in your CleanTalk Personal Lists:

Hi, first I whitelisted the IP’s from channable. There are 8 they use. You can check my account: they are in there.
Then i enabled cleantalk plugin (updated first) and ran channable. Again:

I got this mail at 10.34 today, maybe you can check logs. By the way: you know my account email isn’t this email adress right?
Yes, there is one blocked by Ant-Flood IP in your logs with the User-Agent ‘channable/importer/woocommerce’. Also I can see the added IPs in your personal lists – the blocked IP is one of them. But I think that the whitelisted IP was blocked because the SpamFireWall databases did not have time to update.
Please, activate the Anti-Spam plugin and press the button ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ here: WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk and wait for the SpamFireWall database to update. You could check that the SpamFireWall has updated on the Anti-Spam plugin settings page ‘Statistics & Reports’ link.
Then try to import from channable once again with the Anti-Spam plugin activated.
Let us know the result.

You can always disable the Anti-Crawler option. This will not affect Anti-Spam protection.

The anti crawler is already disabled. So I dont get how you can block an whitelisted IP..
The blocked IP I saw in your logs earlier was blocked by Ani-Flood, not by Anti-Crawler.
