On entering name, email address & hitting button – nothing happens when cleantalk is active. Please, enable the “Protect external forms” option in the Anti-Spam plugin settings (WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Protect external forms” to “On” —> Save Changes). Go to WordPress Administrator Panel —> Plugins. 2. Find the plugin “Anti- Spam by CleanTalk” —> Deactivate. 3. After the automatic page refreshing find the plugin again “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> 4. Delete. Confirm “Yes, delete these files”. 5. Download the plugin archive from the link above. 6. Go to Plugins— > Add New —> Upload Plugin. 7.
