Cleaning up viagra, etc.

I have been cleaning up some potentially malicious files on a site, and when I run a test search for Viagra via a search plugin (Better Search Replace), I find that the term shows up in:

wp_ninja_forms_fav_fields 1 time
wp_options 5 times
wp_postmeta 21 times

However, it doesn’t show up in a search of the site files themselves, nor in the database.

Any ideas as to why Viagra would show up in my search?
