Cleaning or Reparing a MySQL database

    We are recovering from one of our websites that has been comprimised. We were running 2.3.3 but have moved the site to a new server and have upgraded to 2.5.1. Some injected links have been removed from the posts but we still have extened char sets sitting around in the posts.

    We would like to run a utility that could clean and or repair the database and remove the extended char sets.

    Is there any utilites that can help with this?
