 * There is a lot of bad content in my database, inserted by spam bots or whatever,
   even if they do not affect the appearance of my site..
 * what might they be doing?
 * and how can i clean it? most efficiently? manually i go in there and remove bad
   stuff by hand one by one? is there a shortcut? how?
