 * is there anyway at the moment to hack in clean urls atm? id be very interested
   to hack it untill an official version comes out.

 * Right now I just have a mod_rewrite combined with hacking the template tags a
   little bit. My old instructions for doing this are [here](http://photomatt.net/scripts/b2url)
   but they should be almost exactly applicable to WordPress. If you use links in
   the style of `domain.com/archives/123` where “archives” can be any word and 123
   is the ID of the post then they will be natively supported in a future version.

 * At the moment we’re mostly working on stamping out bugs for the impending 0.7.2
   release. Once that version is stabilized, we can start putting the new stuff 
   in. Matt described his vision for configurable clean urls on the developer’s 
   list, and it sounds very exciting.
