Clean uploads from unused files

    I have 200000+ (18GB) images in uploads as my theme enfold creates different versions from each image. Plus I am using galleries and sliders. So the images are not just linked as a normal image in wp but are used in these different modules.
    is there a way to clear this folder from unused files?

    any help highly appreciated.
