Clean the database entries

Hi,

I’ve removed some menus for the editor profiles, but now I’d like to display them again. I’ve cleaned the database entries with the Adminimize plugin uninstall option.
But it doesn’t work. The settings are not reset.
Is there a way to do it ? or a line to delete manually in the database ?
