Clean Talk is Blocking ThriveCart

    I use Thrivecart for my shopping cart linked with thrive apprentice. No matter what settings I change, Clean talk is blocking them from linking together. I had to deactivate cleantalk for thrivecart to recognize thrive apprentice.

    I want to use cleantalk, how do I overcome this problem. I already added the website to the exclusion list in cleantalk settings, that did not work, Thrivecart was still being blocked from recognizing Thrive apprentice API.

    Right now cleantalk is deactivated because this is a live membership site and no one could sign up because Thrivecart could not link to the API in thrive apprentice, my membership site.

    My site was getting a crazy amount of spammed users which cleantalk wiped out and fixed in minutes. It was wonderful until the thrivecart link to my thrive apprentice API broke. I tried removing the original API and I made a new API, that didn’t work either, until I deactivated Cleantalk.

    I included my webpage above, clicking blue button takes you to thrivecart, which works currently BECAUSE I deactivated Cleantalk. How do I get all 3 of these to work together seamlessly?

    Hello, @monthlyguitarcoach

    We need to understand what option causes blocks. Could you, please, disable the “Anti-Crawler” option in plugin settings?

    WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk
