Deleted all content (WP 4.3.1) deleted the DB and then re-installed 4.4 with new login details. The site loads ok but the when clicking on “Plugins/Installed Plugins” get an error message ( wp-admin/plugins.php) Oops! Then re-installed with a new login, password and database name. * Same problem, clicking on Plugins shows a 404 page. Or any folder? * This so sounds like a permission issue. Something is not letting the eight stuff execute with correct allowance.
