    Could you describe when and how this error is happening? What is the error message? Anything to help reproduce the issue is appreciated.

    I’m having a Jetpack error too.

    Regardless of which link I click in my WordPress Admin area, I get this error messaage ->

    Warning: require_once(/home/dotdotsl/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-sync.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/dotdotsl/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 41

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/dotdotsl/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-sync.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/dotdotsl/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 41

    How do I fix this?
    Thanks!

    @moefletcher – you should be able to deactivate or delete JetPack using FTP or Cpanel to access your site files on the server.

    For any additional help, you need to start your own thread.

    Thanks WPyogi.

    I’m looking at my Cpanel. Where do I go to locate this Jetpack file and deactivate it?

    Thanks!

    Ahhh..I’ve got it fixed! Thanks for your help WPyogi!
