# Classipress installation on WordPress issues

 * Hi,
    I am like others it seems, completely new to WordPress! I purchased Classipress
   and Mydentity yesterday and don’t seem to be able to work out how to combine 
   the two onto WordPress.org!. It was suggested that I ‘FTP’ the folder.. I have
   downloaded Filezilla… but it is way out of my understanding! Any advice, basic
   form (I won’t be offended!) would be really appreciated as I am completely stuck!

   support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support [commercial products](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products)
