Classipress and WP-reCAPTCHA

I have installed WP-reCAPTCHA in my Classipress Appthems. I have disabled themes default reCAPTCHA for registration. But WP-reCAPTCHA does not show in registeration page and registration “Submit” is gone. If I disable registration page from WP-reCAPTCHA and enabled in themes default reCAPTCHA, it is same issue as above. It is working as expected if I disabled WP-reCAPTCHA plugin. Is there a way to solve this issue? Anyone who have experience in Classipress Appthemes? I would need to add a WP-reCAPTCHA in my comments. There are a lot of spam comments.
