    Hi @dmsr

Thanks for getting in touch. Which site are you working on? I’d like to try and take a better look things.

If you don’t want to share it here just open up a support ticket via

Do the galleries work for you if all other plugins are disabled? I found this known issue that could be related to what you’re experiencing.

I have experienced the same problem. If I have posts I created prior to Jetpack 6.9 that contain text and a tiled gallery, when I open them in the block editor, the text and gallery are all contained in a single Classic block. So far so good.

However, if on the Classic block toolbar, I select “Convert to blocks”, the text portion of the original post properly converts to Paragraph blocks, but the tiled gallery is replaced by:

This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.

I saw that someone reported this on Twitter and according to the tweet, submitted supporting documentation:

    Hope that helps!

@lizkarkoski Continue to fail when all others plugins are disabled.

Sorry for the delay! I have asked our email support team to give you an update on the investigation.

Hi. After updating Jetpack to version 7, I notice that the issue is not solved and continues in the same way (see above).

It looks like someone has been able to replicate the problem on our end, but our team is still investigating. We’ll update you in your email ticket and in this thread if there’s any progress on fixing this.
