# Class ‘WP_Customize_Code_Editor_Control’ not found

 * Hey,
 * I just installed Leedo Theme ([https://themeforest.net/item/leedo-creative-portfolio-wordpress-theme/22697428](https://themeforest.net/item/leedo-creative-portfolio-wordpress-theme/22697428))
   and it comes with your plugin. When I try to go to Customize section it throws
   an error:
 * `Fatal error: Class 'WP_Customize_Code_Editor_Control' not found in /wp-content/
   plugins/kirki/controls/php/class-kirki-control-code.php on line 23`
 * So I guess that class can’t be found. Without that, I can’t use the theme…

 * Hello [@karnoldas](https://wordpress.org/support/users/karnoldas/) perhaps you
   are on an old version of WordPress? That class was introduced in WordPress 4.9–
   that’s why the plugin only supports WP 4.9 and above only.

 * Yes you can close the ticket, after update, it fixed itself
