Class ‘WC_Data’ not found

    Hi after updating to wordpress 4.8 I have the following error:

    PHP Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Data’ not found in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/legacy/class-wc-legacy-customer.php on line 14

    The woocommerce version is 3.1.0.
    Any ideas how I can approach this? Thank you.
