 * Hi,
 * I would love to be able to edit the properties that are added for a property 
   in the backend, i.e. remove ‘Pool’ but add another one i.e Viewings.
 * I see this can be done in the class-listings.php file.
 * When I take this into my theme folder and make changes, they dont take place.
   Can I do this / what do I need to do to be able to edit these fields?

 * Adding it to the theme folder will not have any effect. You need to edit that
   file directly.
 * You’ll need to fork the plugin and make your own custom plugin version otherwise
   changes you make to that file will be overwritten in future updates.
