# Clashes with WP Help Plugin

 * Hi, recently started using the OpenTickets CE, but just found out that is causes
   problems with WP Help plugin ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-help](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-help))
   it looks like it is doing something odd with redirects, so when in the Dashboard
   and trying to click on the WP Help it just loads the home page — does OpenTickets
   change permalinks?
 * It is possible that WP Help is the problem, not OpenTickets, but thought I’d 
   ask here first 🙂

 * Hey [@davinian](https://wordpress.org/support/users/davinian/),
 * OpenTickets itself only makes minor changes to permalinks, and only the permalinks
   for events. All other permalinks are left alone. With that in mind, I will get
   both installed on a development environment and see if I can replicate it there.
   If I can, I may be able to give you some more specific information that might
   help resolve the problem. I will ping you when I have something to report.

   verified that we’re not affecting those permalinks outside of Events.
 * Going to mark this one closed, but please let us know if you did find out that
   WP Help clashed.
