    Hi there,

    My site is FutureDoctorsAcademy.com.

I like to have BBQ Firewall running because of it’s simplicity. But somehow it blocks Pie Register. In FireFox when I try to edit a Pie Register Form with BBQ Firewall plugin enabled, it shows a blank page. In Chrome it gives a Http error 403.

When I disable BBQ Firewall the problem is solved.

    Hi,

Is it happening to all Pie Register pages? Or just when you’re editing the form, from the profile page?

Are you using the BBQ whitelist add-on? You can use it to exclude the pages that are being blocked by the BBQ Firewall.

I don’t want to test the delete button, but the Preview and Edit buttons lead to a blank page on FF and gives the aforementioned error on Chrome.

Thank you very much for putting me onto the BBQ whitelist. I didn’t realise it existed. Will give it a shot.

    Cheers!

I now understand what the problem was. Clicking edit took me to this URL:

    …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=pr_new_registration_form&form_id=1&form_name=Complete_the_Short_Form_Below_For_Instant_Access…

The form name ends with … at the end and this is being added to the URL when I click edit or preview. When I remove the … the page loads as expected.

Sounds like an easy “fix” on your end to prevent it from happening with other users.

    All the best,

    Reg

    Hi,

The URLs are generated dynamically and it consists of the ID and name of the registration form. The BBQ firewall plugin is blocking the URLs if it contains “…”.

The names of the registration forms are managed by admin users and they can change them.

Let us know if you have any further queries.

    Thank you
