Hello, it seems that the Download Monitor is clashing with another of our plugins, and this means our pop-up ribbon is not appearing on mobile while Download Monitor is activated. Here is what the pop-up plugin has therefore recommended:

“Our products are written according to the WordPress Codex Standards. Given
that, could you please reach out to the developers of the Download Monitor
plugin and have them check the issue you’re experiencing? You can also ask
them if there are settings that you can enable/disable to resolve this issue.”
