clarify instructions and move NEW TAB to the top

    still loving the plugin, and still waiting for 1.0. It’s overlooking some plugin Metaboxes… (Plugin Load Filter, GridFX)

    I start looking into it and unsure what the right experience will be. When I add it to the top, you will not see it got added unless I scroll the page to that location. Which is something I don’t really like. So will ask some people for feedback on this.

    I will also check the plugins you mentioned to see why they don’t show up. Could be that they aren’t added to every post and my black magic code can only do so much.
