Hi, I just purchased the plugin and it looks good. However, I need below clarifications:

    1. Using [tracking-link] in email body does point to correct order and show the order status. However, the order graphic dispaly shows 100% even though it is actually 10%.

    2. In customers tab in backend, the field “Email” is just for our records. No notifications are sent to this email address of the customer. Email notifications are sent only to the “Order Email” field in the orders tab. Correct?

    3. I created a custom field name “Documents” having the type “file”. While creating this custom field in the backend, I selected “customer order display” = “yes” and “Field for?” = “orders”. However, when I attach a document, this field is not visible from the front end to the customer. Nor is it attached in the automatic email sent to the customer. Then what’s the point of having a custom field for the premium users??

    4. “Your order# [order-number] has been updated” does not work in the email subject line – the actual order number needs to be reflected. I suggest that the [order-number] shortcode should work in the subject as well. This is extremely important.

    Thanks

    Hi Pareet,

Would you be able to post a link for #1?

2 – It’s for your records, and is also used if you turn email verification on for orders when you use the [customer-form] shortcode.

3 – On the “Options” tab, there should be a checkbox “Documents” under “Order Information Displayed”. If you check that box, a link to the file should be displayed. The “Customer order display” dropdown controls whether the field can be filled in by a customer, if you’re using the [customer-order] shortcode to allow customers to create their own orders.

4 – We’ll add this to our feature request list. Currently, fields can only be included in the body of the email message.

    Hi Rustaurius,

    Awesome!

1 – sent you email on contact@etoilewebdesign.com with subject “Graphic error for [tracking-link]”

    2 – ok

3 – thanks, i see it now. Any possibility the attachment can also be emailed automatically to customer?

    4 – you’re fast, thanks!

    Hi Pareet,

You should be able to include a custom field within your e-mails by putting its slug between brackets. [documents]

Let us know how it works out for you,

Hi, I tried inserting [documents] into the email body.

The result was that the text “test.pdf” was inserted into email body instead of the actual PDF document.

Maybe something for your feature / idea list: attachment can also be emailed automatically to customer by inserting [documents] slug.
