Clarification of Mailpoet setup

    I have Knownhost as my web hosting company. They say that you can send 30 emails a minute. They also say you need their permission to send commercial bulk email.

    Do I need their (Knownhost) permission if I use a company like Sendgrid in addition to Mailpoet because their API is integrated with Mailpoet?

    Hi,

    If you use SendGrid to send your emails over an API, that shouldn’t interfere with your hosting provider, since the IPs that you will be using are SendGrid’s IPs.

    But you can contact your hosting provider just to let them know.
