Clarifcaion on Subdomains/Directories

    Hello, I am a newbie and still need clarification on one FAQ. Although still learning the basics I a not sure I understand .htaccess as well as I should in considering the use of Bullet Proof. So to clear things up a bit here is the FAQ I am referring to:

    “Is BulletProof Security Compatible with subdomain websites and subdirectory websites”?

    My domain and subsequent subdomains are all WordPress. Should Bullet Proof be installed on each individual installation of wordpress or just on the Domain?

    All of my subdmains/directories have customized CSS will Bullet Proof effect any site color or design customizations?
