    Unfortunatley I seem to be geting the same error the CJEvent on my site the CJevent is passing back as empty

    Do you have everything filled out on this page:

    If so, I think there might be a conflict with one of the other plugins one the website. Can you send me either a backup of your website, or send the credentials to your website, to, and I’ll take a look at why the plugin isn’t compatible with your website.

    Hi pizzadirect,

    When sends people to their website, they should be clicking on a URL that looks something like”xxx”. As long as originally attached the cjevent to that URL, then it will be included in the tracking code.
    I have pushed out an updated that makes this process case-insensitive. I don’t know if that matters or not, but if that doesn’t fix things, then can you schedule a meeting with me at, and we can do a screenshare to try to figure out why your website isn’t capturing the cjevent variable.
