Whenever I try to enable live chat the icon appears but will not open. There is a circle with a slash and that is it.

Also can you please check your browser console for any possible errors?

Can you please provide some screenshot for us to understand what is exactly the circle with slash that you have in your site?

If you access your site with the https:// and NOT http:// you will see that is working just fine.
