Hello,

I am attempting to make the circles on the homepage darker.
They are very light until I hover onto them. They just appear too light when you log onto the page.
I also have this problem with the widget button and the footer.
I have looked all through the support threads and tried to fix it but I am still unable.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I have now made the Circles darker using jpegs as featured images.
The jpegs are just gray backgrounds with the titles of the posts.

I still need to make the widget button and footer darker.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Download and install this Custom CSS Manager plugin and in its allocated section of the dashboard, enter this;
```
#colophon a {
 color: #999;
}
```

Thanks.

I did that but the widget button and footer are still barely visible.
No change at all.
