Circle graphic with hover effect?

    Hello,

    I’d like to implement a element with hover effect like shown in the screenshot here:

    I would like to have 6 icons ordered as circle and when I hover with mouse over an icon, on the right (or left) side shall an specific text appear.

    Has anyone an idea which plugin could do such a thing?

    I was already looking after different hover plugins, but did not found one, what is styled in a circle …
