Minusów dużo, ale dla mnie najważniejsze to: Brak automatycznej wysyłki, czy choćby nawet możliwości ręcznego wysłania do klienta za pomocą przycisku w szczegółach zamówienia. Brak możliwości ustawienia numeru zamówienia jako numeru faktury (zwłaszcza gdy numer zamówienia jest modyfikowany). Brak wsparcia dla dodatkowych informacji w szczegółach klienta, takich jak np. NIP (poza wsparciem dla własnego rozwiązania). A na dodatek przekombinowana i chaotyczna. | English version with a dedication to @rzepsen: Probably the only value of this plugin is advertising the pro version. There are many disadvantages, but for me the most important are: No automatic shipment, or even the possibility of manual sending to the customer using the button in the order details. It is not possible to set the order number as the invoice number (especially when the order number is modified). Lack of support for additional information in customer details, such as NIP (apart from support for your own solution). And on top of that, it is overcomplicated and chaotic.

    Thank you for your critical review of our plugin. We take both positive and especially negative evaluations of our products to the heart. Let me refer to your comments regarding our invoice plugin:

      Lack of automatic sending, or even the possibility to manually send to the customer via a button in the order details,

    The plugin allows you to send the invoice manually. All you need to do is to go to the invoice edit panel, from the order level you can do this by selecting the link to the created invoice. Then just select the “send by e-mail” button. 

      – Lack of possibility to set order number as invoice number (especially when order number is modified). 

    You can set the order number as an invoice number. By going to Invoices > Settings > WooCommerce > General, enable Sequential Order Numbers. In the next step, go to Invoices > Settings > Documents > Invoice and clear the preffix and suffix fields. Enter the next order number in the Next Number field. This will display the order number in the invoice title.

      – No support for additional information in customer details, such as NIP

    The plugin allows you to add the field NIP/VAT EU to the order form. You can decide on the label, placeholder of this field, you can also make the filling of this field required for further order processing. Finally, you can enable validation of the VAT EU number by the plugin. 

    Exactly the same functionalities are available in the PRO version of the plugin. If you see ideas that we could add to the plugin, we would love to hear it. 

      And on top of that, it’s overcomplicated and chaotic.

    It’s hard to address this complaint, but of course if you have comments on the visual structure of the plugin’s menu, we’d love to hear them as well as any other ideas for the plugin’s development. 

    The free version is fully functional and more options you will find in the PRO version, which also allows us to maintain the development of the plugin support. PRO options and automation may not be needed at the beginning of the creation of the store.

    Firma z PL, więc raczej potrafią w polskim języku odpowiedzieć, stąd też ja pozwoliłem sobie po polsku napisać 😉

    @prcpl Z uwagi jednak że problem może dotyczyć również klientów posługujących się w języku angielskim, będę prowadzić wątek w dwóch językach.

    Czy możemy Ci jakoś pomóc w kwestii wtyczki do faktur w wersji FREE? Odpisałem powyżej jak możesz rozwiązać problemy i do czego zdolna jest nasza wtyczka w wersji FREE. W innych kwestiach potrzebowalibyśmy więcej informacji na temat uwag jakie masz np. do kwestii panelu ustawień wtyczki. Zależy nam na tego typu informacjach abyśmy wiedzieli co możemy jeszcze poprawić.

    Is there anything we can do to help you with the FREE version of the invoice plugin? I wrote above how you can troubleshoot and what our FREE version plugin is capable of. On other issues, we would need more information on the comments you have e.g. about the plugin settings panel issue. We would like this kind of information so we know what we can still improve.

    To może moją opinię muszę wzbogacić o język angielski, by mogła dotrzeć do “również klientów posługujących się w języku angielskim” ;-P

    PS. I nie musicie podkreślać aż tak bardzo, że to darmowa wersja wtyczki. Wszyscy to wiemy. Ale to nie znaczy, że można wstawić cokolwiek, bo “przecież to jest za free”. Zresztą to dotyczy nie tylko tej DARMOWEJ wtyczki z Waszej stajni 😉
