Chronosly default template demo shortcodes

Hi,

I have paid for the Pro version and would like to have the default behavior shown on

The demo page:

shows Chronosly default template demo.

I cannot get my page to look like this? IS there a way into the backend so we can view the setup? Or…

Can anyone show me the exact shortcodes used to display the page this way? And how to set it up correctly in the backend?
