Chrome on Android or Smartphone Native Browser

have a wordpress site and I have correctly configured the plugin. I have activated the dashboard on your site and on desktop / desktop browser / Windows everything is ok! The user can accept the notifications and if he does so he receives them correctly and sees, at the bottom right of the screen, the notification bell!
If, on the other hand, the site is opened on chrome in a smartphone, you are not asked to accept notifications, there is a bell at the bottom in the responsive version.
I did not understand how the ability to subscribe to receive notifications works for the mobile version.
