 * I’m not able to scroll in Google Chrome while using Customizr
 * Theses plugins are being used:
 * Akismet
    Easy Contact Easy Google Fonts Google Analytics Hostgator WalkMe Plugin
   Jetpack MOJO Marketplace Quick Favicon WP Super Cache
 * Can anyone help?
 * I’ve cleared browser data.
    tried clearing history.
 * Nothing is working…and I admit I like this plug in so I’m hoping to find an answer.

 * First, try the Plugin Test. Deactivate ALL plugins, Test if OK, then reactivate
   each plugin one-by-one to find the culprit.

 * And if it still doesn’t work
    uncheck Appearance -> Customize -> Global Settings-
   > Smooth Scroll -> Enable Smooth Scroll
