If you enter to my website, from an Android you will see:
Firefox: show the background image and not the video in the top of the Home page. Chrome: doesn’t show the video and the background image, but if you open the menu you will see that the background image appear.
    Apple:
Safari: doesn’t Show the video and the background image partially.

The background image was set from the Customizing ▸ General Options
    General Styling.

I have updated my chrome browser (android) to 73.0.3683.75.
    Android version is 8.0.0.
I am using Elementor Version 2.5.9 with OceanWP.

    Thanks in advance.

    Aby.

  • Hello there,
The issue you are experiencing is actually related to the amount of data trying to be fed to your mobile device.

It has transfered me 16.54 MB / 14.38 MB and randomly sends more.
I have sat here with it up in developer mode for over 4 minutes and it still is not done sending me the home page.

The problem is that your video is looping even on mobile because of how your embedding it.

You will have a much better experience if you download the video to your hosting and then serve it 1 time without looping.
The embed code causing this is
    https://www.youtube.com/embed/P7EB3Zxqj7g?controls=0&rel=0&enablejsapi=1&origin=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.superfish-tlv.com&widgetid=1

That said my opinion is, pushing video to mobile is not the best idea as the data it chews up can leave a visitor less then happy.

Use the mobile icon to make sure your not showing the videos or any other high data usage content on mobile for a better user experience and ensure your replace anything the video was saying with appropriate text.

    Hi @jeremiah01292,
You are right with the video, this video was an example.
Any way I removed it, and the issue still happen.
Is very difficult to debbug the problem when in the desktop doesn’t happen, even with the “device tool” from the debbuger.

When I open the menu the background appear, make me think that maybe I have some padding or margin somewhere.

    What do you think?

    Hi @jeremiah01292,
Thanks G-d I could fix it,
First at all, I added a link for how to debbug with a mobile device:

    https://blog.campvanilla.com/debug-website-on-mobile-device-5c27c8809d39

    In the WordPress Settings

    Customizing ▸ General Options
    General Styling

Where I set up the image, the repeat option was in “No repeat” I move it to default and fixed it.
