Choosing the right theme template?!

Dear WordPress Community,

I’m trying to escape the TwentyTen theme in order to build better websites. For example, I want to build a business website that looks exactly like the following: http://www.eliteediting.com/ I like every single detail about this website’s lay out, so which available theme is best for my new business site?

Are there comparable free templates that will meet that level of functionality?
