Choosing the right theme for a band – your help would be much appreciated!

    Hi to all forum users

    We are a UK band about to develop our website on WordPress and we would really appreciate some advice on the best approach. As you know, there are many premium themes available, all of which look extremely professional and often come with key features such as WooCommerce. We are looking for something which we can adapt to reflect our music – which is lo-fi, experimental, ambient, melodic but not at all slick. Our questions are:

    Have any bands used premium themes like Speaker, Ultimatum, Lush, Harmony etc and how adaptable are they?

    Or has anyone installed the TwentyFourteen theme and uploaded plugins like Visual Composer as needed – and found this to work for them?

    Any advice would be much appreciated – there are just so many options avaiable.
